Job Summary
Seeking Slot Supervisor for Boyd Gaming Corporation to provide guest service, oversee Slot Service Specialists, and ensure proper slot machine operations in a fast-paced casino environment. Must possess high school diploma and one-year slot experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year slot experience or prior slot experience
- Excellent communication and guest service skills for both internal and external guests
- Ability to count money and make change
- Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Be able to work in a fast paced 24/7 environment
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, preferred but not required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work some nights, weekends and holidays
