Job Summary
Oversee daily Slot Department operations, ensuring adherence to casino policies while monitoring staff performance. Supervise Floor Cashiers, Relief Shift Managers, and Slot Attendants, handling hiring, training, and performance reviews. Manage temporary and permanent fund removals, create weekly schedules, and conduct machine checks for fraudulent activity. Enforce federal currency reporting requirements and perform Slot Attendant duties as needed. Assume administrative leadership in the Director's absence. Requires 3-5 years of casino slot management experience and the ability to work in a moderate to high-noise environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 3 - 5 years casino slot management experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 1⁄2 mile
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Must have sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
