Job Summary
Oversee daily Slot Department operations by supervising Floor Cashiers, Relief Shift Managers, and Slot Attendants while ensuring adherence to Casino policies and federal currency reporting requirements. Monitor Slot machine performance for fraudulent activity, manage marketing and promotions procedures, and supervise the temporary or permanent removal of funds. Create weekly schedules and perform Slot Attendant duties as needed, assuming administrative responsibility when the Slot Director or Assistant Director is absent. Directly manage hiring, training, and performance reviews for assigned staff. Requires 3-5 years of casino slot management experience and the ability to communicate in English.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 3 - 5 years casino slot management experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- GAMING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 1⁄2 mile
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Must have sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
