Job Summary
Slot Project Coordinator builds machine configuration setups, creates and maintains slot master entries, and interprets Slot Par Sheets, Regulatory Letters, and Customer Notifications. Partners with the Slot Performance Supervisor, Analyst, Manager, and Technical team to meet deadlines, builds Progressive Configurations for slot-related changes, and assists with paperwork for system upgrades and interruptions. Performs minor ad hoc reporting and ensures compliance with internal controls and Gaming Commission Regulations. Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; may require a gaming license per the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission; environment is a climate-controlled casino and office with travel and potential evening/weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years of casino industry experience in a related field required
- Experience in slot performance, including machine set-up, evaluation, and reporting, or equivalent financial analysis experience preferred
