Job Summary
Oversee Slot Department operations, staffing, and compliance with MICS/TICS and regulatory standards; monitor slot-floor activity for integrity; manage jackpot payouts and required tax forms; track and transfer progressives; supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate training; oversee budgeting, labor costs, and departmental policies; maintain communication with Directors and ensure safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with tribal and gaming regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree (or GED)
- Five (5) years (or equivalent) Supervisory/Management experience
- Must pass periodic random drug screens
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment
