Slot Floor Supervisor (Full Time)

Job Summary
Assist the Slot Relief Shift Manager with scheduling, training, and overseeing Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers in an assigned floor section. Provide excellent customer service while supervising slot operations, gaming machines, and assigned personnel. Handle hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for Slot Department staff. Approve slot machine payoffs, issue complimentary services per authorization, and manage cash accountability. Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering Program requirements, including Title 31 transactions and suspicious activity reporting. Maintain knowledge of property special events and current industry trends. Perform Slot Attendant duties as required and comply with Tribal Regulations and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years strong customer service experience
- six months or more previous Slot experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize MS Office applications
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Ability to serve both internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Must be able to balance, control, and report significant amounts of cash accountability on assigned shift
- Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties

- Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment
- Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs
