Job Summary
Provide friendly service to all guests by greeting them professionally, answering questions about property events, and enrolling them in rewards programs. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on slot machines to minimize downtime, consistently following entry and repair procedures. Maintain accurate documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, and M.E.A.L. books while participating in slot projects like installations and modifications. Assist with Jackpot Payouts and communicate effectively with all departments. Complete these duties in a high-volume, high-stress environment while adhering to Club Fortune policies.
Required Qualifications
- Gaming Registration
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent education or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year previous slot experience
- Working knowledge of slot machines
