Slot Floor Person

Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service on the slot floor, including answering questions, verifying and paying jackpot winnings, and completing required paperwork. Perform minor slot-machine maintenance (lock/unlock doors, clear jams, replenish paper, reset machines), document cash transactions and payouts, and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and employees. Operate a two-way radio and communicate clearly; monitor slot floor activity to protect property and funds while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Maintain secure key controls and comply with gaming regulations and company policies. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; position requires ability to obtain/maintain required licenses and/or certifications. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Maneuver a weight of fifty pounds
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
