Job Summary
Provide superb customer service on the casino floor, assisting guests with playing machines, paying jackpots, and handling routine machine operations (un-jamming coin mechanisms, filling hoppers, ticket printers, and performing cash/credit transactions) within Seneca Gaming Corporation policies. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence to assist guests, addressing guest questions and concerns professionally, balancing change carts and signing paperwork, preparing jackpot payout authorizations, and adhering to information security policies. Requires math proficiency with currency, basic computer knowledge, strong communication, ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, and willingness to complete required training; starting rate is $10.70 per hour with experience/education-based negotiation. Emphasis on exceptional service, teamwork, compliance with attendance and policy requirements, and participation in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalency
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide currency
- Excellent communication skills
