Job Summary
Essential duties include explaining game combinations, payouts, and jackpots; resetting slot errors; assisting customers with gaming machines and providing directions and information about upcoming events; handling customer inquiries and forwarding complaints to management; safeguarding company assets and gaming keys; replacing cash-out tickets; promoting excellent customer service and maintaining open communication with supervisors; assisting with player card sign-ups; presenting a neat, professional appearance and upholding positive customer and employee relations; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations
