Job Summary
Slot Attendant responsibilities include explaining game combinations, payouts, and jackpots; resetting slot errors; responding to customers’ needs in the assigned area; providing general assistance to gaming players and directing complaints to management; safeguarding company assets and gaming keys; replacing gaming machine cash-out tickets; assisting customers with gaming machines and providing information about events; assisting with player card sign-ups; delivering excellent customer service, maintaining knowledge of marketing and property information, and communicating effectively with superiors; presenting a neat, professional appearance; and performing additional duties as assigned. Must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to obtain the appropriate license per NY State Lottery regulations. Fluency in English is required, with a second language a plus. Able to read, interpret documents, respond to inquiries, and work in a team environment; comfortable with basic math and maintaining reports; able to work varying schedules in a hospitality/entertainment setting.
Required Qualifications
