Job Summary
Promote and maintain the Red Carpet Customer Service program with every patron and employee. Comply with company policies, state and federal regulations, and internal controls while resetting machines, repairing minor malfunctions, and performing routine procedures on slot machine printers and bill validators. Handle jackpot requests, provide customer service to slot players by addressing complaints and answering questions, and promote Slot Player club cards by managing new sign-ups and authorizing comps. Clean areas around machines when time allows and perform all other related duties as assigned. Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. in varying work areas including confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dedicated team player
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Flexible and positive when adjusting to change
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
