Job Summary
Provide customer service by enrolling new members and servicing existing members; assist guests with paying and verifying jackpots, account management, promotions, and inquiries to ensure a favorable gaming experience. Accurately complete written forms to document cash transactions and payouts; respond to service calls, verify jackpots per gaming regulations; perform light troubleshooting on malfunctioning machines; represent the company with friendly, professional information about club details and enrollment; maintain knowledge of the computerized player tracking system and issue membership cards; support events and promotions; maintain inventory and secure key controls; comply with policies and certifications as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of computers and player tracking system
- Ability to use a handheld radio and microphone
- Strong written and verbal skills
