Job Summary
Slot Supervisor leading Feather Falls Casino’s Slots team; ensures gaming machines are functioning properly, responds to jackpots/hand-pays, and trains/evaluates subordinate staff. Responsibilities include checking the repair/logbook, coordinating with slot technicians to keep machines operational, enforcing casino policies, and recording/reporting suspicious activity per Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls. Supervises Slot Ambassadors during shifts and, when needed, Slot Technicians in the absence of the Slot Technician Manager. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, supervisory experience (6 months preferred), and a Class A Gaming License; full-time position in Oroville, CA with benefits (medical, dental, vision, life) and 401K with match.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Class A Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
- Background check and drug screen
- Experience in supervisory position (6-months preferred)
