Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Slopeside Pub & Grill, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to standards, and optimal profitability through inventory management and cost control. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent by leading staff, providing training, and addressing guest satisfaction issues promptly. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop seasonal menus and ensure all menu items are consistently prepared according to Blue Mountain Resort's recipes and service standards. Manage equipment, attend staff meetings, and achieve company objectives in sales, quality, and sanitation while maintaining high facility appearance and hygiene levels.
Required Qualifications
- An ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the food & beverage industry
- An active Safe Food Handler certification or a willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the season
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years of food & beverage manager or supervisor experience preferred
