Slitter Operator - B Crew

Slitter Operator duties include setting up the rewind machine to cut and rewind orders, running orders, labeling cores to identify each order, and stacking finished reels for shipping. Responsibilities also cover keeping orders separated by size/UPC/plant numbers, checking for misprints and directing errors to rework, cutting out bad labels, splicing rolls, rotating through the rework area, and operating the turret machine. The role participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned; it is based on a 6am–6pm days schedule with a 2-2-3 rotating shift.
