Job Summary
As Slimetender at Sloomoo, greet guests and provide an overview of activities, safety guidelines, and events; efficiently process admissions and manage reservations; operate slime attractions and interactive games with energy and a personal touch; guide guests through experiences, maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, and ensure adherence to scripts and brand standards; monitor room capacity, report maintenance needs, and support team members to deliver joyful, immersive guest experiences aligned with Sloomoo’s values; requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer-service or hospitality experience, strong communication, flexible availability (including nights/weekends), and a minimum age of 18.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Minimum age: 18 years
