Slicing Production Supervisor (SugarCreek)

Manage and coordinate scheduling for Line Leads and Production Associates to ensure production lines run efficiently and cost-effectively. Partner with Plant HR to handle scheduling conflicts, employee disputes, workplace investigations and other issues; train and guide Line Leads and Production Associates to promote internal growth and increase production team efficacy; assign duties along the line to meet deadlines; review time-away-from-work requests and ensure staffing meets day-to-day production needs; monitor downtime and drive root-cause resolutions; address employee disputes to maintain a safe, cooperative environment and collaborate with Union Representatives to foster positive labor relations; ensure compliance with federal/state policies and GMP/USDA requirements; support safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives; perform other duties as assigned; travel between plants as needed.
