Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist conducts screenings and evaluations for students, develops educationally relevant treatment and therapy plans within IEP processes, provides services to students with speech-language and related disabilities using varied service-delivery models, monitors progress, maintains documentation per district/state/federal policies, supervises clinical fellows/graduate students, and collaborates with teachers and school staff to support communication goals across grade levels; travels to multiple school sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Florida Department of Health License in Speech Language Pathology or Florida Educator Certificate in Speech Language Impaired K-12. American Speech Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred. A Florida Department of Health Provisional License will be accepted for clinical fellows.
