Job Summary
Sleep Technician to conduct overnight sleep studies, prepare and educate patients for testing, operate and maintain sleep study equipment, collect and analyze sleep data, troubleshoot equipment, and assist physicians in diagnosing sleep disorders, while ensuring patient comfort and safety in a sleep-lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Sleep Technologist (e.g., RST, RPSGT) is required
- Sleep lab training and experience required
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with sleep study equipment
- Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
