Job Summary
Seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician to join Gillette Children’s Sleep Medicine program focused on children and young adults with disabilities and complex conditions. Responsibilities include virtual care delivery, patient consultations across a five-state region, and participation in clinical research. Candidates must have completed an ACGME/AOA residency and an accredited Sleep Medicine fellowship, be board certified/eligible, and have the ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota. The role fosters a collaborative environment aimed at improving the lives of patients with diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACGME/AOA residency program
- Graduate of an accredited Sleep Medicine fellowship training program
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
