Sleep Lab Manager

Manage all clinical and research procedures by establishing policies, setting service standards, and directing performance evaluation for patients from newborn to 21 years. Develop and monitor QA standards while supervising daily operational activities, including scheduling procedures, prioritizing requests, and adjusting workloads. Ensure safe equipment functioning, order supplies, and coordinate staff education to achieve JCAHO and AASM accreditation. Provide direct supervision of technical staff and participate in IDS projects. Maintain compliance with mandatory education requirements and collaborate across departments to fulfill integrated delivery system goals.
