Job Summary
Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge to customers, maintain relationships during and after purchase by resolving issues and sending delivery reminders, and drive individual sales performance while monitoring competitor activities. Cultivate strong customer connections and leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
