Job Summary
Lead sales performance and in-store merchandising across multiple store units by holding associates accountable for execution and driving KPI results. Conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations, develop comprehensive bio books, and execute 30-60-90-day check-ins with new members. Manage workforce scheduling, inventory levels, and stock flow while ensuring compliance with company policies, appearance standards, and state regulations. Coach associates on technical product knowledge, identify skill gaps, and partner with leadership to implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness and sales. Achieve individual store financial targets through effective customer service execution, cash handling procedures, and strategic inventory management.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand or sit for 8+ hours at a time
