Job Summary
Support customers in-store as a trusted sleep authority by providing technical product knowledge, executing selling programs with digital tools, and cultivating strong relationships to create an engaging omnichannel experience. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while maintaining customer relationships through issue resolution and delivery reminders. Monitor competitor advertisements and services, leverage social media to boost brand awareness, and lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and on-the-job training opportunities within Mattress Firm's network of over 2,400 stores.
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
- Ability to provide technical and product knowledge information to customers
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert
- Ability to drive individual sales performance and KPIs
- Ability to maintain customer relationships during and after purchase
- Ability to resolve customer issues
- Ability to send delivery reminders
