Sleep Expert - Sales

Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute mattress-selling programs using digital tools, support an omnichannel experience, cultivate strong customer relationships, and provide technical and product knowledge. You will drive sales performance and KPIs, maintain relationships post-purchase (including delivery reminders), stay aware of competitor offerings, leverage social media to boost brand awareness, and contribute to a welcoming, customer-centered environment.
