Job Summary
The Sleep Expert will elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, providing technical and product knowledge to help customers find their dream mattress and achieve better sleep. You will drive individual sales performance and KPIs by executing Mattress Firm selling programs, leveraging digital tools for an omnichannel experience, and building strong customer relationships before, during, and after purchase. Responsibilities include maintaining awareness of competitors, supporting company initiatives, lifting 50+ pounds as needed, and delivering exceptional customer service with uncapped commission potential and a 401(k) match.
