Sleep Expert - Sales

Sleep Expert will elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, guiding customers to the right mattress, and driving individual sales through uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match. Responsibilities include providing product knowledge, maintaining relationships post-purchase, leveraging digital tools for omnichannel selling, and maintaining awareness of competitors. The role requires the ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds and involves delivering excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to achieving KPIs. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Compensation includes base pay or uncapped commissions, with a competitive annual range of $78,000–$86,000, plus benefits and opportunities for leadership bonuses where applicable.
