Job Summary
Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge to customers, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive individual sales performance while maintaining strong relationships. Resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, and monitor competitor advertisements to positively impact brand awareness through social media. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase. This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and on-the-job training for those passionate about helping people achieve better sleep.
Required Qualifications
