Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, offering best-in-class products, and executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge to customers, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive individual sales performance while maintaining strong relationships. Resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, and leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Maintain awareness of competitor advertisements and services. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
