Job Summary
Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to create an engaging in-store environment centered on the customer. Provide technical product knowledge, serve as a sleep authority, and cultivate strong relationships to drive individual sales performance and KPIs. Maintain customer relationships post-purchase by resolving issues and sending delivery reminders while monitoring competitor activities. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Required Qualifications
