Sleep Expert - Sales

Sleep Expert will elevate the in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority, providing technical and product knowledge, and guiding customers to the right mattress while driving individual sales performance and KPIs. Responsibilities include executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools, supporting an omnichannel experience, building strong customer relationships during and after purchase, staying aware of competitor offerings, leveraging social media to boost brand awareness, and assisting with delivery reminders.
