Job Summary

Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to create an engaging in-store environment centered on the customer. Serve as a trusted sleep authority by providing technical product knowledge, cultivating strong relationships, and maintaining post-purchase support including issue resolution and delivery reminders. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while monitoring competitor advertisements and services. Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Required Qualifications

Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Must be available for weekend shifts
