Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to create an engaging in-store environment where the customer is at the center. Provide technical product knowledge as a sleep authority, cultivate strong relationships, and maintain customer connections post-purchase by resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while monitoring competitor advertisements and services. Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
