Job Summary
Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority who recommends the right mattresses and sleep solutions. Responsibilities include delivering best-in-class product knowledge, guiding customers through mattress selections, executing selling programs with digital tools to support an omnichannel experience, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales performance and KPIs. The role requires conveying sleep expertise, resolving post-purchase issues such as delivery reminders, staying aware of competitors, leveraging social media to boost brand awareness, and physically handling duties including lifting 50+ pounds. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. The compensation includes uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match, with opportunities for career growth within Mattress Firm.
