Sleep Expert - Sales

Sleep Expert will elevate the customer's in-store sleep experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, offering best-in-class mattress products, and applying company selling programs with digital tools to create a compelling omnichannel environment. Responsibilities include providing technical and product knowledge to customers, driving individual sales performance and KPIs, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships before and after purchase (including delivery reminders), staying aware of competitors, leveraging social media to boost brand awareness, and lifting 50+ pounds as part of in-store duties. The role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. Base pay range is $59,000–$65,000 per year, with potential for additional bonuses for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles.
