Job Summary
Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class product knowledge. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel environment while driving individual sales performance and KPIs. Cultivate strong customer relationships by resolving issues, sending delivery reminders, and maintaining awareness of competitor offerings to positively impact brand awareness. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds during operations. This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and on-the-job training within Mattress Firm's network of 2,400 stores.
Required Qualifications
