Elevate the customer in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge, cultivate strong relationships, and drive individual sales performance while maintaining awareness of competitor services. Leverage social media to impact brand awareness and increase sales, while managing post-purchase customer interactions such as resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and on-the-job training for Sleep Experts at Mattress Firm, America's largest specialty mattress retailer.
Required Qualifications
