Job Summary
Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to create an engaging in-store experience that puts the customer at the center. Serve as a trusted sleep authority by providing technical product knowledge, cultivating strong relationships, and driving individual sales performance against KPIs. Maintain customer relationships post-purchase by resolving issues and sending delivery reminders while monitoring competitor advertisements and services. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Bilingual Spanish speakers may provide store support across multiple locations.
