Job Summary

Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel environment. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers while serving as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs, maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, and resolve issues or send delivery reminders. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Maintain awareness of competitor advertisements and services. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.
