Provide technical product knowledge to customers, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive individual sales performance while maintaining strong relationships. Resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, and leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Maintain awareness of competitor advertisements and services. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and on-the-job training opportunities within Mattress Firm's network of over 2,400 stores.
