Sleep Expert - Sales

Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority, providing best-in-class product knowledge, and guiding customers to their ideal mattress. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools, support an omnichannel environment, and cultivate relationships with customers before, during, and after purchase. Responsibilities include maintaining awareness of competing offerings, leveraging social channels to bolster brand awareness, meeting or exceeding sales KPIs, and handling physical tasks such as lifting 50+ pounds.
