Job Summary
Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, offering best-in-class products, and executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge to customers, serve as a subject matter expert, and cultivate strong relationships to maintain awareness of competitors and leverage social media for brand awareness. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while maintaining customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and on-demand pay within Mattress Firm's network of over 2,400 stores.
Required Qualifications
