Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority, offering best-in-class products, and executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge to customers, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive individual sales performance while maintaining strong relationships and resolving post-purchase issues. Cultivate a compelling omnichannel environment by leveraging social media for brand awareness and monitoring competitor advertisements. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Support stores in Greenvale, NY, and surrounding areas as needed.
