Job Summary
Elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel environment. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers while serving as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs, maintaining strong relationships during and after purchase to resolve issues and send delivery reminders. Monitor competitor advertisements and services, leveraging social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Bilingual Spanish speakers may support stores in Arlington, VA, and Bailey's Crossroads, VA, as needed.
