Job Summary
Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to create an engaging in-store experience that puts the customer at the center. Provide technical product knowledge as a subject matter expert, cultivate strong relationships, and drive individual sales performance and KPIs. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase by resolving issues and sending delivery reminders while monitoring competitor advertisements and services. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Support stores within a 30-45 minute radius of the home location. Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.
