Job Summary
Elevate the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools. Provide technical product knowledge, cultivate strong relationships, and drive individual sales performance while maintaining awareness of competitor services. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase by resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
- Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.)
- Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
