Job Summary
Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to cultivate strong customer relationships and provide technical product knowledge. Serve as a trusted sleep authority by offering best-in-class products, driving individual sales performance and KPIs, and maintaining post-purchase support including issue resolution and delivery reminders. Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and monitor competitor activities while lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds. Maintain awareness of market trends and advertisements to create an engaging, customer-centric in-store experience.
