Job Summary
Conduct daily activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and dual diagnoses, including health and personal management, goal achievement, and household living. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while minimizing interfering behaviors. Sleep overnight at the assigned location for an average of seven hours per night, remaining responsive to resident needs during awake hours. Assist with daily living tasks and support long-term goals for program participants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid NY Driver's License
- Be flexible

- Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs
