Job Summary
Greet customers, understand their sleep needs, and recommend personalized products and services to drive sales targets. Maintain store and clinic standards through visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management while completing POS transactions, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Assist with the care, checking, and maintenance of trial and demonstration equipment, and build lasting relationships through follow-up and progress checks. Participate in a rotating Saturday roster as required.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience
- 2+ years preferred
